Who we are

This website belongs to 6 Feet Under Dive Services LLC, a Florida limited liability company that provides underwater hull cleaning, zinc replacement, propeller work, seawall and dock piling cleaning, and underwater inspections in South Florida. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean 6 Feet Under Dive Services LLC.

What we collect

When you send the contact form or call us, we receive what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are asking about, where the boat or property is, and your message.

Our website also records the usual technical details a browser sends (pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type) through Google Analytics, and, when we advertise, the ad-click identifiers that Google Ads and Meta attach to a visit. We store those identifiers in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days so we know which ad brought a request in.

How we use it

To answer your request, quote and schedule the work, send job updates and invoices, and keep a record of the service we performed for you.

To understand which pages and ads bring in customers so we spend less on the ones that do not.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers that run our website, email and customer records for us, and only so they can do that job.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number we may call or text you about your request or a job we are doing for you. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop. We do not send marketing texts without asking first.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies to count visits and, when ads are running, Google Ads and Meta cookies to measure them. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works without them.

Keeping it safe and how long we keep it

Your details live in our customer records and email, protected by passwords and the security of the providers we use. We keep customer records for as long as you are a customer and for the period Florida law requires for business records afterward.

Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Use the phone number or email on our contact page.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
