Who these terms are between
These terms apply to this website and to services you book with 6 Feet Under Dive Services LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site or booking a job you accept them.
Quotes
We do not publish prices. Inspections are free, and we quote each job directly once we know the boat or structure. A quote is based on what you tell us and what we see; if the boat, growth or structure turns out to be different from what was described, we will tell you before doing extra work and agree the price with you first.
Access and conditions
You agree that we may access the boat, dock, lift or seawall at the agreed time and that you have the right to let us work there (for example at a marina or a shared dock). We may postpone a dive for weather, water conditions, visibility, current or safety reasons and will reschedule with you.
What we do and do not do
We clean, replace zincs, remove and reinstall propellers, clean structures and document what we see. We are not a marine surveyor, engineer or repair yard: an inspection or photo report describes what a diver observed and is not a survey, a warranty of condition, or a substitute for a haul-out inspection. Propeller repairs are performed by the prop shop, under its own terms.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is done unless we agreed otherwise in writing. Recurring cleanings are invoiced per visit or per month as agreed.
Cancellations
Let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or move a job.
Responsibility
We take care with every boat and structure. If something is damaged by our work, tell us right away so we can look at it and put it right. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear that a cleaning reveals, or problems caused by conditions we could not see or control. Nothing here limits any right you have under Florida law.
